Months of practices and games, hundreds of hours of training, and a gargantuan effort by thousands of parents, coaches, administrators, referees and volunteers came to a thrilling finish this spring as champions were crowned in the South Texas Cup, Directors Cup, Presidents Cup and State Cup! 2011 TOPSoccer Festival

A record number of TOPSoccer players, buddies and volunteers attended this year’s 2nd Annual TOPSoccer (The US Youth Soccer Outreach Program for Soccer) Festival, more than doubling attendance from the inaugural year and making this year’s event a huge success!
